Released and live (7 November 2026). MyHealthWealth.online is the implementation of TA21. Every person joins in three steps as a patient, then adds the details for their role. The specialists directory lists Dr Teboho Matebesi first (private anaesthetics, Midrand). His practice front door is drtebohomatebesiinc.online. A patient can ask for an emergency or a checkup by a typed note, a voice file, or a short video. Telemedicine uses mic, message, and send. CareerWIL checks out back-office tasks at the live task rate. The practice keeps the clinical note; the patient keeps a portable copy. Fees, the practice number, scheme contracts, the conversion factor, and a live switching-house connection stay unset until the practice publishes them. A claim pack is an export.
