MyHealthWealth.online is the live implementation. The track has left the lab. Public pages stay in English. Your language is kept for voice and helpers.

1. Open Join in 2 minutes.
2. Step 1 is the role. Patient is the default. The cards under “More roles” are the same choice as the cards above.
3. Step 2 is you. Step 3 is consent, then the account is created. An SMS code proves the phone.
4. Role details come next, at /health/details, before the profile is treated as complete.

What you can do

• Specialists. /health/specialists lists Dr Teboho Matebesi Inc first. His name is not a menu item on MyHealthWealth.
• Practice front door. drtebohomatebesiinc.online is his own site: services, open times, and bookings. The brand on that site is the practice name.
• Emergency or checkup. A signed-in patient sends a typed note, a voice file, or a short video (6 MB). That logs the request. It does not book a clinical time, and it does not mean a clinician has accepted it. If no practice is chosen, the request is first available on the CareerWIL queue.
• Telemedicine. The thread is mic, message, and send. Tap the mic for speech-to-text. Hold it for a voice file. A separate control sends a short video.
• CareerWIL back office. Personnel whose role includes CareerWIL check out a task and complete it. The rate shown is the live task rate. eyesWallet is credited only when that profile is linked to a support provider. Otherwise the task is ready for payroll.
• Records. The practice keeps the clinical note it writes. You keep a portable copy and choose who may open it. A public-health official sees a record only when you share it.

Money, until the practice publishes its figures

• Service fees, the access fee, booking fees, and the annual preventive reward stay at zero.
• A zero-fee request or booking is logged and no money is taken.
• Cash is a receipt. An eyesWallet payment, once a fee is published and the practice has a settlement client, debits the full amount and settles 97 percent to the practice. The card pay link uses the platform merchant.
• Naming a medical scheme records that cover was requested. It does not mark the account paid.
• A claim pack is an export. HealthBridge, MediKredit, and Mediswitch are the kind of switching service a pack can be handed to. None of them is connected yet.
• The practice number, the regulator number, scheme contracts, and the Rand conversion factor stay blank until Dr Teboho Matebesi publishes them.

What this guide does not claim

• No licensed tariff book is loaded. The anaesthetic worksheet uses the units the practice enters.
• FamilyXP is the home-care link. Calendars are not already syncing.
• A regulated herbal catalogue stays off the public pages until a certifying authority confirms it.
